At this point, we now know what you’re purchasing from the TellmeOmuse Online Store, where we’re shipping the products and who is being billed. And we know your shipping and payment preferences. And you know the total amount of your order (products + shipping + sales tax, if applicable). It’s time to enter your CREDIT CARD details, including the security code on the card (that’s the 3 or 4-digit number, called CVV2 - Card Verification Value 2). The CVV2 is an important security feature for merchants who accept credit cards payment over the telephone or online and it’s also a protection for customers to make sure their credit card information is not being used by others who have obtained their credit card details fraudulently. The CVV2 number is located on the front or back of all credit cards (placement depends on the type of credit cards).

That’s it! Your last page in the Checkout is your INVOICE with your purchase details (excluding your credit card information – again for your protection). You will also receive an email confirmation of your order from us.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the total dollar amount of your order and the shipping option you've selected.

We offer three shipping methods: Standard, Express Air, and Expedited Air. Standard deliveries are shipped ground delivery via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Express and Expedited deliveries are shipped via FedEx Air or UPS Air.

You will be able to view the total dollar amount of your order, including the shipping charges, before you enter in your credit card information and confirm your order.

Like many online retailers, we do add a handling fee to all orders. This handling fee covers our costs associated with the materials we need to package your order with care.

TellmeOmuse LLC is based in New York State. According to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, tangible goods shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. Also in accordance with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, the amount on which that applicable sales tax is to be computed includes shipping charges. No Sales Tax is added to orders shipped outside of New York State.

The following are our estimated delivery times, which are based on the shipping method you select and the address to which the goods are being shipped. Orders are processed within 2 days of being received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays - except during December.

If you are less than delighted with your purchase, you may exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order. Unless items were damaged upon arrival, all shipping and handling charges must be paid for by the customer. Please include your receipt when returning merchandise. Payments made via credit card can be credited back to the original card used, or a credit can be issued for our Online Store. If the products have been used or damaged (other than in the process of shipping), TellmeOmuse will not be able to issue a refund.
